Mind blown
I started reading this book thinking it was a different kind of book all together and I felt frustrated that it didn't make sense to me in any way...when I got to part two I started to realise that there was more to it and my curiosity made me stick with it and boy was I glad I did. By part 3 when the reality of the book hit me I could feel my mind being blown. I have only one criticism and that's that I'd have liked to know more, I feel that it ended when there was still more to say which is a pet hate of mine but I want to know what happened did they meet again? I look forward to the authors next novel as for a debut this was really clever and thought provoking.

Second time around
First time I read this I loved it, until reality became clear; it caught me off guard as totally was not what I was expecting...Second time around, and now it all makes sense; it's so clever quirky and brilliant. It made me laugh and cry and I'm completely blown away by this story!!!

Great story, however
It looks great on the bookshelf cover design wise.Brilliant read to start off with, it totally pulls you into the story and you start to emotionally invest in the main characters, but by just after halfway it loses its heart I feel.I dont know whether the author changed the ending whilst alfeady writing or that was always the way it was going to be.It had the essence to be something amazing, but all it left me saying getting to the last couple of trite chapters was really? That was closely followed by a seriously? when I reached the end.Although of course it was written by the one author, it truly reads like it was written by two separate people. 1 writing the first half of the book and then someone else taking over and writing the last half and going off their own way.So lastly review wise, yes if you have come this far in considering buying to read the reviews then for sure I wont say dont bother buying - the best I can say though is it will pass the time.

So much foreshadowing and so unexpected
Books tend to flow in tropes where you can read but know what’s going to happen next. While reading this book I could see the foreshadowing leading somewhere. A countdown. A fracturing. But could not guess the ending. The book draws you in the further you read until your unable to stop reading like watching a car crash. You want to stop but can’t.The characters grow in a way you don’t see in other books. It is a unique story and definitely worth the read.

Book with a Split Personality
I have read several 'many lives' books in my time, and most of themdisappointed. Only Ken Grimwood's 'Replay' hit the jackpot. This book falls midway in my chart, as it starts off fairly promisingly, with Thora and Santi meeting up in Cologne in many lives, trying towork out what the hell was going on.That covered roughly the first three quarters of the book.So far so good. Then the last quarter begins to slightly confuse at times, and almostdisappears up its own posterior, with incredulous happenings andnonsensical verbal, double meanings, and sorrowful debates aboutwhat could, maybe, or never will, leaving me to wonder - was thislatter part of the book written by someone else?Or had the author suddenly hit a downturn and drugged herself up?In the final pages I was not really attuned to what was happening, and the actual ending wasn't an ending - it was another awful leftdangling scenario.Go get 'Replay' by Ken Grimwood.

Speechless
Went into this expecting it to be about soulmates as that’s what the synopsis suggests. But that twist! Incredible. I basically devoured in a matter of hours, cover to cover, I couldn’t put it down! This was brilliantly written and paced out. And I felt so much whilst reading. The ending got me right in the feels! I think the author did a great job.
