I drink plenty of teas by the individual cup—black, green, white, oolong, genmaicha, Earl Grey—sometimes by teabag, mostly loose leaf in a steeper. I do use the proper temperature water with a variable temp electric water kettle. Often, I lose track of the steeping time and suffer over-steeped tea too often. So I was interested in this automatic tea maker when I saw it had the features rivaling the expensive Breville brand. For $109 on Amazon, this teamaker gives the $299 Breville a run for the money. The tea comes out steeped to perfection every time, once you have decided on the strength you prefer for each tea type and the amount of loose leaf tea to use. It is delicious, every time. If does make a minimum of 2 cups and a maximum of about 4 cups, so it’s not meant for a single cup of tea. I like that in addition to convenient pre-programmed tea types and strengths, you can also customize the temperature and time to whatever you want. And there is also a one-button setting for boiling up to 1.7 L water which worked flawlessly for me to make some chicken broth. For those that enjoy waking up to fresh brewed tea instead of coffee, there is a delayed start timer that should be very helpful.I am a fan of Breville and own several of their kitchen small appliances (smart convection portable oven, Sous Chef food processor, variable temperature water kettle, smart coffee burr grinder), so I was very interested in knowing whether another less expensive brand could come close. This Razzorri automatic tea maker satisfies me in every way that counts. It works exactly as advertised, with materials that are of sufficient quality, with features that allow you to make any kind of tea desired, with the consistency of making great tea every time. I am glad I purchased this product and would recommend to my tea-loving friends.

Great tea pot. Fun to watch it steep the tea. Works with or without the basket to make tea or just hot water. Fun to watch the tea infuse. Lots of flexibility for temperature and steep times so you can make tea or hot water just the way you want it. The connection doesn’t seem to fragile and should last a while. If you are brewing a pot of tea the capacity is reduced to 34oz. If you are making hot water the capacity is greater. The container is clearly marked so it should be easy enough to figure out. Probably a knock off of the much more expensive Breville but may be on par with it. Quality may not be as high as a Breville either but it’s a third of the price…

Very easy to use. I drink tea daily since I got it and it has made the perfect tea everytime and not have to worry about checking time or using teabags. Only issue is that it is not a glass container. It’s thick plastic if you are worried about that kind of thing, but still does a good job.

I purchased this tea maker after my other one that I had for a number of years finally went. I purchased this because of a good price and good reviews. About 6 months in I started having difficulty with the buttons sticking. I reached out directly to the manufacturer for assistance and worked with a representative named April who was incredibly helpful, sympathetic and immediately sent me a replacement teapot. I could not be happier with the service that she provided and giving a good review is the least I can do for all of her help.

Worked fine for 6 months then the electronics stopped working, buttons not responding as they always had. Had to unplug and plug back in which worked occasionally. No water spilled on it or abuse.

The Razorri Tea Maker is an easy way to enjoy your daily brewed tea at the recommended temperature for your favorite tea. I love this tea maker! Easy to use, clean and has all the features that another tea maker has that cost 3 times as much. In other words, it is an excellent value. Best yet, if you have questions, their customer service is wonderful. They are very prompt answering all questions and correcting problems. This kettle has changed my mornings in the best way possible! The product description is not clear but this kettle is designed to automatically brew your tea at anytime you chose. The strainer mounts onto a post that controlled magnetically. As soon as the water hits the target temp, the strainer lowers for the time specified and then raises back to drain.Im pretty sure this kettle uses induction to heat up. Its VERY FAST compared to my old kettle. It can boil a liter water in under three minutes. I'm sure its under 2, but i didn't care to keep time because it was twice as fast as my old kettle.This is a great product hands down!
