This book is just too awesome !!!It takes lots of painstaking efforts to write something covering the topic so comprehensively, yet in such few words. Every word has a meaning, no sentence is superfluous. I am sure it might have taken so much painstaking revisions and editing over and over again to retain the flavour, not lose the meaning , yet keep it concise and meaningful.No theory, purely practical book, must read for all the paramedics in our OT and work areas. It is a comprehensive listing of the infrastructure and equipment and disposables, and even the care of all these.Everyone please do order a copy for themselves as well as some for your OT staff.I particularly liked the small list of references at the end of each chapter... does convey what the book is- well researched and original, and not just a cheap compendium of facts and figures from various sources.The pictures and diagrams are also so neat, simple and comprehensible.Every small detail is thought of so well. Kudos to the author Dr Vaishali.This book is not just for the technicians and paramedics, but for every doctor dealing with specialised surgeries and procedures. Highly recommended.

Very lucid writing with loads of photographs. It will really help the paramedics to learn their trade and will also be helpful to the teachers to know what and how much to tell without overwhelming the students.I'm sure loads of efforts have gone into the preparation and arriving at the final concise book.Keep up the good work and looking forward to more from the author
