The Very Best of Dokken rounds up 16 signature tracks from the hard rock band's 6 albums for Elektra (1 gold, 3 platinum) and Columbia, plus Don Dokken's solo Geffen album. Includes the chart hits "Alone Again," "Burning Like a Flame," "Dream Warriors" and staple rock radio tracks such as "Breaking the Chains" and "Into the Fire." Dokken, Brown, Pilson and new guitarist Reb Beach (ex-Alice Cooper and Winger) recently cut a new Dokken album and plan a '99 tour to support it.

I’m more of a 70’s classic rock fan but I heard George Lynch a while ago so I got this CD and was amazed at how good this was George Lynch can flat out play.

A perfect selection of songs by a very good glam metal band
The compilation of the greatest hits was a perfect choice for me because I have not known DOKKEN up till now. I guess it is a highly underrated band. Furthermore, I had no opportunity to hear them on the Polish radio before. My Twitter friends advised me to take a closer look at the DOKKEN's music. I am not disappointed with this product at all. Nonetheless, the album is just as good as the compilations of other American metal bands I have already listened to. Those bands are comparable to DOKKEN in terms of the sort of music they used to play (namely WARRANT, QUIET RIOT, RATT, SKID ROW). Each of 16 songs may be inspiring. My favorite (a hall of fame) tracks on the CD are: "Into the Fire", "Tooth and Nail", "It's Not Love", "Dream Warriers" (tough but full of melody), "Walk Away" (a beautiful metal ballad) and the last one "Too High To Fly" (it is just a perfect and awesome track and it is probably the best one).

Dokken's Best
Let's hear it forever those mighty bands of the 80's Dokken, Motley Crue, Cinderella, Def Leppard, RATT; just to name a few. These as well as other's have all had their Greatest Hit's Albums. It's time to talk about DOKKEN, they are one of the metal band's I loved back in the day and still do today. They have cutting edge tunes that separate them from all the other bands. On this album I loved all the songs except for the last one, just couldn't get into to it. They are a classic band and their music still ROX to this day. If you grew up in the 70's and 80's you know what I'm talking about. If your new or never heard of those 80's metal bands, it's never too late to start listening to some great music. I will be honest you won't be disappointed, so check them out.THX,Kris L. CocKayne

Best of Dokken
What a great compilation of a great band. It’s on permanently in the car - turned up loud of course on motorways & open roads! Can’t beat rock music played loud!

Rockin' Like Dokken
If you don't know Dokken, you should. Pick up this album and give it a listen. Many great tracks. There's a reason that people said "Rockin' like Dokken" back in the 80's. There's no filler here, just the good stuff.

Buena compra.
Muy buen disco. Le doy 4 y no 5 porque se han dejado algún tema muy sonado fuera del disco. El precio está bien .Ni caro ni barato.Su precio.
