SO - I have major depressive disorder, I am a person who has spent years at a time probably brushing my teeth 3 times a week and only in the last 2 years really started trying to do it at a minimum once a day, and in the last year twice a day. I say this to kinda give an idea of my oral health - not amazing. I have a cavity in my very back left molar that caused sooo many issues that i still haven't dealt with - it touches the gum. Anyway, since using this - and trying to get into a healthy period where I can convince myself to see the dentist for the 2nd time in a decade, this mouthwash has been amazing. I worry often about breath, and about if my gums are doing ok. When I use this, it's strong but it's not burning - it just clearly seems to be formulated well. It's like Confident Mouthwash whereas Crest is Bravado Mouthwash. Idk how else to explain that. But taking care of your oral hygiene genuinely affects how your body behaves too. So I've had a little more energy, and less head fog? I know this has dislodged plaque a couple times. Idk, but I'll be getting this monthly for sure. It's nice to finally find you "thing" in various daily items. This is definitely my mouthwash.

Total worth it

IDK how well it works for the gums or anything but it has no burn and a mild pleasant taste. It says don't eat for 5kins which is easy.I use this in the morning on my way out the door so it doesn't change the flavor of whatever I eat soon after, and then I use Listerine at night because it's tried and true and I'm not eating anything after. Figure I'm splitting the difference on results and cost that way.At any rate I will be buying more of this product.

I like the flavor of this product as well as the fact that it does not burn my mouth. It also seems to help any time I feel a sore throat might be starting. The original purpose for the purchase was upon the recommendation from my dentist to help prevent gum disease and to protect my fragile teeth.
