Absolutely waterproof.... While the sun was shining. Within 2 minutes of rain starting, water poured in. Setting it up was a nightmare. If you buy it, get Thompson's water seal and seal the exterior bottom, then seal interior floor. Also seal all interior areas, exterior areas, except the mesh door screen. Purchase a canvas painters drop cloth, use Thompson's on each side. Let air out as much as possible before use. We are in that process now .. another suggestion was to use scotch guard. For ease of setting up, tank their instructions. Lay flat and hammer corners in .. THEN add the poles, thread through the sleeves and anchor in corners. Promise God you'll be a better person if it will just pull up the first time. Takes minimally 2 people

Don’t recommend in humid cold (obviously it’s labeled as not being meant for it). I still did it anyways in 0degree weather and a good sleeping bag. The inside got rather humid despite not raining, and I accidently slipped my face out of my sleeping bag while I slept and my lips were all puffy in the morning. No big deal, very worth the money. Just for reference, my tent (BLUE) was the only one standing after harsh winds.

I was sent green instead of navy blue. Didn't find out it was writing until we were setting it up... The tent is fine, easy to set up and tear down. I would use the extra tie downs for sure in a sandy place... And it's definitely a four person tent unless you're family is smaller people.

I ordered this tent for a camping trip, it unfortunately rained the entire time. One positive the tent stayed dry for the most part only water that got in was near the front zippers while open. The only negative I have about this tent is it smelled like dead fish. Even a couple days into the trip it still had the fishy smell. Easy set up though.
