This toner is incredible and I keep going back to it after trying other products. I use it after the green tea fresh cleaner. My face feels so much cleaner, hydrated, less breakouts, smoother. Isntree recently changed their packaging of this toner, so the bad reviews you see claiming it's fake... that's not accurate, it's just new packaging. I've used it in both containers and it's the same. A+ product. Tbh I haven't used anything from isntree that I wasn't impressed by. At this point, I should be their spokesperson.

I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks and my skin feels so much softer and more hydrated. It absorbs quickly, doesn’t feel greasy, and has a light, pleasant scent. Great for sensitive skin too. Highly recommend!

If you have dry skin, you might need to follow up with a good moisturizer. I’ve been using this toner for 2 years and I love it. Before, I used a thicker toner and at the end of the day I would come home pretty oily. After using this toner, the sebum/oil on my face and the size of my pores have significantly reduced. It’s also more of a watery consistency so it absorbs faster into my skin compared to a thicker one. I have noticed that in the colder months, my skin gets pretty dry when I use the toner so I recommend putting Vaseline or any petroleum jelly over the places on your face that tends to be dry (it works for me). If you struggle with oily skin or skin that gets greasy at the end of the day, this product is for you.

I tried this at the same time as a new moisturizer. I have very sensitive combination skin; my dry areas get VERY dry, my oily areas get VERY oily, my face reacts poorly to a lot of products, and I have hormonal breakouts. Before this, I was using an SA astringent with alcohol (yikes lmao) on top of an SA cleanser 2+ times per day. I didn’t realize until I swapped it for this toner how much damage it was doing to my skin. My face was immediately softer and had a more even tone, and my dry and oily areas were more balanced than they’ve ever been. I haven’t broken out a single time since starting it (though I don’t expect any product in existence to FULLY prevent hormonal breakouts). It takes a minute to absorb, but it makes my face feel clean and refreshed and ready for moisturizer. Very very very much recommend.

Okay… so I’ve been anti-toner because I thought astringent and toner was the same thing. I recently learned they were different and did research. I was recommended this for working on large pores and sebaceous filaments on my nose. I am less than 1 week in and my nose feels less textured and the pore size is feeling better. Plus I’m feeling more moisturized. There is a small green tea smell when you apply. I hardly notice it once it’s dried but my dog still smells it.My first two days using the toner, my face felt a little warmer than usual for a minute after it dried but I didn’t get irritation or redness so I continued.I don’t love applying it with a cotton pad (although that’s the instructions) so I pour some into my palms and rub onto my face and once it’s spread out, I pat it in.I have combo skin that isn’t crazy sensitive and doesn’t break out often. My t-zone isn’t as oily with this toner (I did swap moisturizers recently too so it may not only be this product). I will be repurchasing!!! Totally recommend!

This green tea toner left my skin feeling so tight and my wrinkles looking more obvious. I was looking for a hydrating toner with green tea extract. I thought this toner contains 80% green tea extract based on reviews, but maybe it recently got reformulated because this doesn't claim to contain 80% anymore. I like the liquid looks dark brown though, which I assume contain high concentration of green tea. I think this toner might be perfect for oily/combo skin type as it's quite astringent. But it's not great for my dry skin.
