Can i put this on my nipples to prevent leaking?

No. Don't do that. It could cause mastitis and not for sensitive areas. It will burn like crazy and could make you or your baby sick.

If you can handle the sting of alcohol, yes it is safe for open cuts.

I purchased and this works great, however it stop spraying and is still 3/4 full, how do I get to work or I this faulty?

Try taking the spray head off and soaking it in rubbing alcohol or if you don't have that, hot water. It may be clogged. It could be out of propellant, but try cleaning it 1st
