I bought another battery for my PSP 1000 because the original had swollen, but it wasn't recognized by the system. The onscreen meter would flash on and off and I couldn't get it to stay on when I unplugged the charger. I saw this brand named in a forum post or two when I googled the problem, so I bought it. This instantly worked. 7 hours of battery max on the first full charge.

This is the best battery for the PSP on the market currently. The quality of the battery (and the packaging for that matter!) are second to none.If you need a QUALITY battery on par with the Sony OEM original look no further. Since official batteries are no longer available, you have no choice at this point but to use 3rd party batteries. There are many out there that vary in quality from OK to terrible. Cameron Sino however is in a class of its own. It is superb.I get around 6 1/2 hours on a PSP-1000 version of this battery. Very impressive!

I did a full charge and let it slowly trickle out as I left the PSP on and let the screen go dark after 2 minutes. So far, everything seems perfect. As I type this out, It's got 3% left and I plan on letting it die, charging fully and repeating the process. so far, though, at 100% My PSP battery info read 6-1/2 hours of use, which I would guess after a few uses and charges it'll probably read 5 to 6 hours of use, which is honestly perfect. This little battery breathed new life into my PSP after all these years of not using it.

After several full charges the battery would only last about two hours before completely dying in the middle of a game and right after the warranty was expired the whole thing quit completely won’t charge won’t turn on the psp nothing I’m not gonna trash the company because of one bad battery but I was very disappointed

Fit just like the original one and the extra capacity is nice. Holds charge good.

Used this to revive my old PSP. Has a decent battery life for playing.

-it’s only been a month and a half but both the other ones didn’t work so what can I say
