Fantastic
These mugs keep my coffee hot for ages, after toping up from my flask, I have to leave the lid off for quite some time before its cool enough to drink. Even been fine through the dish washer, they don’t survive being run over by a car though, that’s the only reason I needed to buy more...

Both cups damaged
Both of these had dints in the base of them. I only noticed after I took the labels off and went to wash them. One is so bad it wobbles when placed on a flat surface. Not impressed after waiting for them. They also didn't have the usual inserts so these appear to be seconds or previous returns. Very disappointed.

Bought as it said it stays hot for up to 7 hours but compared to previous contigo mugs it is rubbish. After 2 hours it’s cooled right down.Not impressed especially as they are not cheap.
