First of all im adding 2 images of 2 body measures from the professional inbody and this RunSTAR... its obviously not a comparison point, because it is waaay off. But listen to this it does not matter, the inbody is not the golden standard, it only is one of the most known bio impedance weight scales but iahve had at least 6 different low cost bio impedances and mos of them are always off. This will work a lot if you stop comparing your results to another machines. This will help you to get your betterself and btw, it feel this gives you way more info than the inbody. So yes, ill give it a 10/10. People will give less than 5 stars ONLY because they are comparing it to inBody. This is like your SO, each one is different and good in its own way. Just give it a try without comparing to other weight scales Results.

Despite the promising features advertised, the scale has been a letdown. Firstly, the accuracy is questionable. Not accurrate at all, specially with the body fat. the body fat measurement feature, a key reason for my purchase, has been completely unreliable. Despite numerous attempts and following all the guidelines, the readings were inconsistent and evidently incorrect when compared to professional assessments. This casts doubt on the overall functionality of the scale. I've had multiple instances where the weight fluctuated significantly within minutes, without any logical reason. This inconsistency is frustrating, especially for a product that boasts high accuracy, and cost that much. The app is nice, but again, I was waiting this with so much excitement just for nothing!

Not sure how to rate this. It does what it says, but I'm considering returning it because it isn't giving me what I need. I'm recovering from a major injury and purchased this to track my progress rebuilding the muscle lost during the accident/surgery/sedentary period after. The segmental analysis was my primary driver and I decided to try this because I didn't want to drop $500 on the Withings, but this isn't a fair comparison. The segmental numbers are difficult to understand, don't seem to match what I'm doing and seeing, and there is no trending for it. Our 2nd use case is getting more info than a standard bathroom scale to track our annual diet progress. It's definitely helpful to see muscle/bone/fat mass numbers, instead of just a total weight, and there is trending for those. For this purpose, it's probably worth the $90.

Man I have to tell you I waited several days before I unboxed the scale. I dreaded it with every cut in the tape to open and remove. Dreaded it. Trying to make better choices for myself I figured this skill, being a smart one, we'll definitely help hold me a lot more accountable with his brutal honesty. Can I just tell you that I hate it because of its accuracy? But I do appreciate that it shows you the truth. It is a novel concept to me that it has sensors that can send a current through your body and read all the bad things or good things however they may be. You learn what your percentages are and what each quadrant of your body is whether you like it or not. It is grudgingly motivational. It is nice to see the numbers change from each arm and leg and stomach area and to see the history of it doing so. There's a lot of different ways that you can look at the data and I really like that. This is a good value for the money, it's spendier than your standard skill but the information it gives you and the way it tracks for you is definitely worth it
