I have been taking this product for 2+ months now and have noticed a significant difference in my sleep over the last month. I take it about 1-2 hours before bed with Hum Flatter Me + prebiotic and probiotic and can say it's really helping to settle my body for a good nights sleep. Excellent product
This magnesium supplement is great qualityi have used other magnesium supplements but this one works great. I get great sleep and have no more cramps. Woth every penny.

Good Product
I was having terrible foot, ankle and leg cramps due to a statin I take. I tried this and it seems to help quite a bit. I have reordered it and will continue to use it.

It Works!
Great source of magnesium. I use them mostly for sleeping and my restless leg syndrome. I notice when I skip them that I tend to experience my symptoms. Be sure to keep up on your water intake when supplementing!
