The fan is just the right size and height to maintain a steady flow of air at the lowest of its three speeds. The lowest speed puts out plenty of air to keep the drives cool. It makes a small amount of noise, just enough to be noticeable. The USB power connector is plugged into the USB port of a portable power outlet. The other two fan speeds put out considerably more power with increased, but acceptable, noise. The fan would work well for some folks to provide gentle, cooling air with an accompanying subtle noise to help them sleep when placed close by. This little fan works very well and is a bargain at only about $5 at the time of this review. I recommend it.

This little Fan works great.. easy to carry..it looks nice.it can be hang up, it's not too loud and the Air flows great about 3 feet or more. great price also . battery can be used with USB . Great for outdoors solid materials ..

This little desktop fan is a beast! It had a discount, making it the least expensive one I found. I have several other fans similar to this one, this is my favorite. It has 3 speeds, top speed is amazing! It “blows “ away the others! This one also has the longest cord, about 2 inches longer than the rest. This fan is not battery powered, it has to stay plugged in, via the usb cable. The base is sturdier than the others as well! I keep it directed at my face to keep me from sweating. It does a great job! I also like the red design on the front of it, would be perfect to make it a symbol that represents whatever you desire! Such as the fan that blows away evil spirits! I bought 2 of these to have as a duo!

Helps keep things cool at night. I set it up by my bed and sleep comfortably.

PROS: Excellent quality for the price. Small enough to tuck away inconspicuously. Tilts a little for varying range. Works perfectly for my plants. CONS: I have to push the button to turn it on (won't turn on with my outlet where it's plugged). Which means, I have to climb up to my bathroom loft to reach the button each time. But the outlet switch does turn it OFF, so that's a plus.

So happy with my little desk fan. Usually on low is all I need at work, just to move the air. It’s quiet. Had bought a different one that claimed it was quiet and felt like I had an airline jet in the office! This one really is quiet. Hooks up to the computer with usb. Great purchase.

I'm a desk worker and cannot live without my desk fan. Left mine in the office, couldn't wait till next week to go without my fan so I bought this. SMASHES my crappy 1 speed fan, but this 3 speeder is intense in an AWESOME way and much quieter. I'm gonna buy another 2, one for home and office and bedroom and I'll be set. Throwing out my old one, you to, and upgrade

The fan works ok. However, after about seven or eight months of light and intermittent use, it gets a strange problem. Occasionally it turns on by itself for no reason, stays on, and can't be turned off with the power button. I have to pull off the cable to power it off. I realized that the button actually no longer works at all. So it's pretty much dead after a few months of light usage.
