Good price/good quality
Very effective 1000mg pumpkin seed oil capsules. East to swallow even though they are reasonably big. Would definitely recommend.

Good for hair & skin . 1000mg capsules !
The media could not be loaded. I researched for natural alternative to help with bladder weakness. Pumpkin seed oil came up & seemed to promise less leakage & urge frequency.I have used for a month but have personally not noticed any improvement at all! Although my hair & skin are looking lovely😊I was disappointed when I received to find out you need to take 3 x capsules to get 3000mg dose. So each capsule is only 1000mg which is extremely misleading on the packet making it not as good value as I thought! Great product, much cheaper than the branded alternatives for urinary health. Definitely works! Easy to swallow soft gels.

Ok but felt no difference
These are tasteless answers a good price but please be informed that to get the recommended daily dose you need 3 capsules so these aren’t really as good value as you may initially think. They will last a month. I didn’t notice any difference but then I maybe didn’t give them long enough as I think with anything you’re meant to give it at least 3 months use.

Easy to swallow supplement that may help reduce hair shedding
This supplement is meant to be great for reducing hair shedding. I find them easy to take as the capsules are easy to swallow and I think it’s having a positive impact on my hair thickness as I’m loosing less hair.

Very pleased with this product. Pumpkin seed oil has many benefits, one of which is to help with bladder weakness. In my research they say that after 3 months of taking it daily, you will see improvements. I can honestly say that after two months, I experienced a positive difference. I will continue to take it daily for more progress.
