Core GasLess Power CB420 Gasless Powered Blower

I researched cordless blowers and this one was listed as the best. It does have power but it only lasts 15 minutes. Maybe more if you use the lower setting. I have a small yard so I thought this would be sufficient. But no, barely got 1/3 of it done before battery died, and the battery takes several hours to charge. This would work ok for a driveway or deck. I went and bought a corded model from Home Depot. Less than 1/3 of the price, WAY more power and it vacuums and mulches. Wish I would have gotten that one before. Would have saved me a few hundred dollars. If you have more than 15 minutes of work to do I do not recommend this - even if you don't, I do not recommend this. WAAAAY too overpriced for what it does.

I was hoping that this was going to be more powerful but it is the best battery powered blower that I have tested out. I have tested most of the battery powered blowers and this is the best so far. I bought a few other blowers from other companies and had to return because they were too weak. Look at the CFM's when purchasing a battery blower.

This is a dream which hopefully will continue to develop. My blower burned out after 14 months (1.5 seasons). After enduring the heavy weight, the short run time, the steep price, and the risk of being an early purchaser, I had hoped for better luck. Now we will see just how effective their customer service really is. Stay tuned....You may want to consider the new shoulder strap now made available by CORE. I have already worked out a similar solution for mine --- strapping the heavy end to my belt.UPDATE: Their Customer Service is outstanding. They are prompt, courteous, and responsive. My blower was shipped, repaired, and returned in two weeks (mostly transit time). The electrical module was replaced --- all at no cost. Apparently there was a flaw, discovered in early production runs, which has been rectified. You probably won't run across this unless you purchased when CORE blowers were first available. User is happy. And CORE has a very long warranty. I recommend the CORE blower.

The blower far exceeded my expectations, and so did the company with the service provided. Highly recommend and I have to friends as well!

I am very pleased with the Core Gasless blower. fIt has met all of my expectations. I am sorry I did not find it sooner.

Yes it blows fairly well, certainly better and with longer battery life than my cheap Ryobi battery model. However the battery life is only about 15 minutes on full power and this sucker is REALLY HEAVY for an hand held blower. It makes my arm go numb after a couple of minutes of use and that's two-hand use. I'm constantly shifting hands and hence having to shift the big long back end from the right to the left side of my body. The battery end protrudes well behind one's body in use. This also makes it hard to walk tight pathways, for example, rock beds between trees and fences, without the long device getting caught up in the vegetation. It's passable for a hand-held electric blower, but my brother's Worx lasts longer on a charge and moves almost as much air.
