This wooden frame has been decoupaged with cut out pictures of butterflies. I have hand painted 5-7 layers of high gloss varnish to the surface.The frame holds a 4" x 6" picture and can be used vertically or horizontally (as shown). The outside dimensions of the frame are 8 1/2" x 10 1/2". This is a one-of-a-kind piece which I have hand painted with 5-7 coats of high gloss varnish. It would make a special and treasured gift for new parents or grandparents.
