This is incredible product. I've been using Berberine for at least 2 years. Berberine has reduced my cholesterol 426 to 242 last medical check up was 12/12 Berberine makes changes at a cellular level. This product come with Ceylon Cinnamon which increases absorption and adds another level of protection. It also work for my PCOS I noticed changes in my mood and not being tired all the time. It has also cured my cravings for sugar, chocolate and other junk food. So far I have been liking this product and will continue using it.

I have hypothyroidism, pcos and am pre diabetic and no matter what I ate, I kept gaining weight. When I started to Nurture Alley Berberine, my blood sugar level started improving and I started to have period finally. I tried metformin, and green tea pills and this is the only thing that ever helped me with carb craving, and losing weight. I finally have a hope to be normal life again. Stomach pain and nausea after taking only one!!! I do not recommend

I bought these as I was seeing reviews that it helps lower the A1C. Been trying for couple weeks now but recently I would feel nauseous after taking them, which this feeling lasted for a week, I decided to not take them and see if it was the pills and it appears to be that it was the pills. To be honest unsure about if these supplements really work or not.
