Fragrance is nice love it

I've been looking for a perfume that is light and fresh for spring and summer. I love citrus-y scents and I thought this would be perfect. However, at first whiff out of the bottle, it is oddly heavy- almost musky (which I really hate and was trying to avoid). Not at all what I expected. I still tried it on thinking it would dry down to a lighter scent. It did not. It stayed unpleasantly musky and almost old fashioned (not in a good way). Unfortunately, this item is not eligible for return (my fault for not checking before purchasing), so I'll be giving it away. What a bummer- from the name and the description, I really thought this would be something that it is not.
