⚡ Ignite your drive with NGK Iridium IX – where precision meets power!
The NGK DR8EIX Iridium IX spark plug features a laser-welded 0.6mm iridium tip for consistent, stable sparks and extreme ignitability. Designed for high-performance engines, it boasts a high melting point iridium alloy for superior heat and wear resistance, a longer insulator nose and corrugated ribs to prevent fouling and flashover, and a triple gasket seal to eliminate combustion gas leaks. Enhanced with trivalent metal plating, it resists corrosion and seizing, ensuring durability and optimal throttle response.

Fits HAWK 250
Bought this to replace the stock plug in a Hawk DLX EFI 250. Has worked fantastic and I am very pleased! Zero issues

Great spark plugs
Nice quality sparkplug.Fine tip iridium for long wear and seems to help my old Yamaha xt350 for better starting and to run a bit smoother all rpm’s.

Miracle Worker.... Very Much Worth a Few Extra Dollars
Fantastic!! I have a 1985 Yamaha Maxim-X that was getting harder and harder to get started when cold. A few people on a user forum highly suggested that these plugs should make a big difference. I dropped them in and almost before I could let go of the starter button the bike was running!!They've been working just as great so far this season.Very, very, very much worth a few extra $$'s. Especially given how long they should last.A couple of points:Be careful when gapping them, try not to touch the spark point itself. It sounds like the iridium could crack if you're not super careful. Many people have said these things can easily handle tens of thousands of miles, so for many bikes this might be the last plugs you'll ever have to buy.

Great Plugs
I've recently changed to the Iridium plugs for my Honda XR200R. The bike starts on the first kick and hot restarts are a lot smoother.

Great replacement / alternative for stock plugs on my old Honda CM400C
I debated getting these because I had read speculation that I'd need to get non-resistive plug caps since these plugs have built-in resistors. Honestly, perhaps the additional resistance might make a difference in terms of attenuating spark or intensity at much higher RPM than I tend to run, but I rarely exceed 7000RPM in my old Honda CM400C and I have noticed no weakness or decrease in performance at higher RPM. On the contrary, I love these plugs because they seem to start faster and more reliably, burn cleaner than the stock plugs, and deliver excellent and consistent performance and quick acceleration. They seem "forgiving" when the engine isn't tuned perfectly. I use them with the stock resistive caps. I think for most people, the higher resistance will not make any difference and is more of a consideration in terms of eliminating high frequency radio interference, not altering engine performance. These may be "overkill" for an old classic bike, but my expectation is that they will last longer and perform / start more consistently in a wider range of temperatures, paying off in the long run.
