Great product. I find that it does help with sleep and also calm my nerves. Great to take right before bed as well.

So far, I am extremely pleased with the MagEnhance Best Magnesium supplement. It contains 3 of the most bio-available forms of magnesium, including L-threonate, the only one that crosses the blood brain barrier and can directly affect your nervous system. I have chronic pain and sleep issues secondary to lupus, and have been supplementing my physician prescribed med regime with magnesium for years, but having done a bit of research, I found that the supplement I had been taking was probably not as effective for the reasons I was taking it. So I shopped around and found this one. It's very reasonably priced compared to other brands with similar high grade ingredients and I can't say enough good things about their customer service. I received my product quickly and shortly thereafter received an email from the company with tips on how to take the supplement, suggesting to build up the dosage slowly to avoid headaches or gastric discomfort, and a contact number in case I had further questions. I followed their suggestions and honestly even at low dose, I have slept better and have not had even a hint of a migraine. Unlike previous mg supplements I have taken, this one didn't give me diarrhea either. I had a mild stomach ache the first two nights I took it, but no other adverse effects. I am starting the full recommended dose tonight. I plan on ordering more and doubling the order so my husband can start taking it too. He also has chronic pain and insomnia as well as diabetic neuropathy. I am hoping this can help him. It certainly.can't hurt!

I have been taking this for almost a year. I only take 1 a day. I was taking it at night to help with sleep but have started taking it at lunch and feel like I still get some good sleep but helps calm the stress from the day.

I’ve been really happy with this magnesium supplement. It’s gentle on my stomach, easy to take, and I noticed a difference fairly quickly. I bought Magnesium Glycinate after recommendation from a popular blog for sleep related problems. I was a little sceptical initially as I have used hundreds of alternative products for sleep/insomnia with poor outcomes. However this has been a gamechanger. Every time I take it, I am assured that I will get a good night's sleep. I started slowly with 2 caps the first night, but got a impatient and took all 3 in 2 days. I did not have any bowel problems and they worked the first time. I must add that the size of the capsules are a big large but they do help with my sleep and I will continue to use them. I got so encouraged by this product that I am ordering other supplements from their company. The price of the product is a bit more as well but I think it is compensated by the quality.

These were my 1st magnesium supplement and I found just one capsule before bed helpful to nodding off and sleeping deeper. Over time I experimented and found taking one capsule an hour or so before bed helped me wind down and another capsule just before I got into bed sent me to sleep. It does seem to be worth taking it earlier in the evening to help the wind down process if you are quite stressed still from the day. I never needed all 3 as suggested for the rda and honestly just 1 can do quite a lot. I took these for several months purely to help me sleep better. Many months later, when this was out of stock, I tried two other single types of magnesium, inspired by the contents of magenhance. I found magnesium l-threonate surprisingly subtle and not that impactful, but perhaps you need to take a much higher dose. I then tried Mag Taurate on its own and was rather surprised - it gave me better sleep than the magenhance, I tend to sleep longer with it. When Magenhance came back into stock I got another and have experimented with this and the Mag Taurate alone and honestly surprisingly find the Mag Taurate in isolation works better for me than the Magenhance so these days I use Viridian's Mag Taurate and only one capsule just before going to bed. I would recommend Magenhance, had it not gone out of stock I'd probably still be taking it, but the Mag Taurate alone has shown itself to be especially reliable for a longer sleep. I sometimes found with Magenhance that I awoke suddenly a few hours later, but that doesn't happen with Mag Taurate. Perhaps it just suits me better.

These magnesium capsules are indeed the bees knees! I decided to give them a go in January 2018 as my usual magnesium malate tablets were out of stock and I'd read good things about the blends in MagEnhance. Started with 1 tablet per day and noticed after a few days that my sleep was so much better and I felt restful in the morning but my fibromyalgia and achy muscles had returned. Upped the dose to 2 per day and oh boy aches have virtually disappeared, there's the odd day here and there but I'm not complaining. Nearly had a panic attack when I went to reorder and they were out of stock. I did however order a different brand to keep my magnesium levels at a consistent level which I'll review when finished. Sure I turned into Glenn Close a la fatal attraction (don't worry, no animals were harmed) watching stock availability and finally managed to order a bottle on 2 April! I can't recommend this enough, thanks Intelligent Labs!
