Product is fine - son was delighted but company over-promised on delivery date. If it can't be delivered within a certain time frame, be honest about it. Spent weekend with a disappointed child asking every five minutes when would it arrive.

This thing is awesome. I bought it right before Christmas because The Woman of My Dreams declared that we needed a tree topper ornament, like an angel. Well, I asked if what we wanted was something "other worldly" and got a "Yes." I was in. Ordered this version. It was here within days. I set it up on the tree and waited patiently for her to return. She came in, looked up and screamed. I thought it was the greatest moment of my entire life. The figure looks just as frightening as you remember them being from the first time you saw one of the movies. It's moveable and though it might be a bit stiff in the joints, run it under hot water before really cranking down on any of the joints, just to be sure you don't break it. A fantastic purchase. I now own the finest Christmas tree topper on this planet.
