Low Carb, Diabetic Friendly with great taste and texture
We are long time jerky, pepperoni and beef stick eaters. Hiking, camping, road trips... When we moved to a more restrictive diet, good options where hard to find. High protein, low carb with minimal extra junk... I stumbled across these at the Grocery Store and loved them, but they stopped carrying them. Bought several alternatives to compare. Was not happy. Ordered these, did the blind taste test and we will be ordering these on auto ship. Meaty, not overly salty, good smoke flavor without being overpowering. Each stick is about 4 inches long. A good size for snacking. I've being consuming Tillamook dairy, cheese and Ice Cream for 40+ years. Always high quality products. These are now on regular auto ship.

Yummy keto beef sticks
I have to be on a keto diet due to a liver condition for at least a year. Finding snacks has been difficult. These taste terrific and are filling, I eat 3 or 4 at a time. They are not spicy/hot at all, just a really great beef stick. I notice no difference in taste between these and the sugar ones, but the texture is softer. I get these and beef jerkey and and string cheese if I want savory, and Atkins or ChocZero if I want sweet. Doing this diet, I have lost 70lbs in 4 months.
