This Britta water filter is awesome. The water taste great. I got this and I’ve been drinking every day. I’ve saved so much on plastic water bottles. I like the digital filter change reminder. Only thing I would change about this is make the lid attachment a little better. It’s very light and can fall off easily. When I put it in the fridge, I kind of tilt it a little bit to get it on the top shelf and it leaks through the lid if you overfill it like I did.

I'm not a fan of the tap water from my faucet. I would buy bottled water constantly, but it was just so tiring having to do bottle returns. I am glad I invested in the Brita Water Dispenser. I've not only saved money, but the filter truly has helped with the flavor of my tap water. The ease of filling the container or even replacing the filter is so much better than toting cases of water from the store and having to do bottled returns constantly! It's also quite handy because the button on the top lets me know when it is time for a new filter, which lasted me several months! It's quite easy to wash the container as well.

We love this Brita. It's huge and holds a ton of water, is easy to clean, easy to install, and the water tastes great. I can't give it five stars because we have had to order it several times because it eventually leaks. This last one I ordered was leaking from the second day, but of course I'm getting it replaced with the same one because I love it that much. Overall it's quite durable and built well.

Good stuff, filters water, does what you expect it to do, i do wish the base was a bit wider and that the nozzle was a bit lower though.

Perspective: I live in a small midwest town with HORRIBLE water. Like genuinely undrinkable. I had been buying bottled water for the last 3 years. If I could go back in time and find this, I would buy it in a heartbeat. It paid itself off in literally 2 weeks lol. One thing I was concerned about was taste. I do find that this makes our really harsh water taste significantly better. We did receiver the correct filter. Since getting it, I have not changed it (its been say 2 months at the time of writing) and we havent changed it. Taste is still good. I saw lots of talks about cracks. At this stage, we do not have any. Ours came in new/factory condition. One thing Ill say is due to the nature of the little dispenser nozzle I could imagine if you just let it full power flip back to its default 'stop the liquid from dispensing' position that it could easily hit the plastic enough and crack it. Physical size wise, Its slimmer width wise but its quite long. I prefer that because I dont like huge wide square junk taking up space. This will fit on a single shelf of a fridge and leave PLENTY of space for anything else. This holds a LOT of water. Enough to fill a stanley or related cup about 4 times. My husband has a comically large 64oz water bottle. I have a stanley esp cup that holds 30oz or so and even after filling up our cups in the morning theres still plenty left. For our 2 person water drinking household, I fill it once a day in the morning and were good. Also the water drips from the reservoir to the actual holding tank quite quick. Does it actually filter out the 'bad' stuff? Not sure honestly. Ive seen the filter catch some of our gross waters debris but if you're looking for like a nitrate filter, this is not gonna cut it for you but if youre just looking to make your mid tap water a little bit better for you and tasting, this will work just fine.

So, my son bought this dispenser to put inside the fridge so we could do away with buying plastic bottles. The first shipment came defective so he had to request for a replacement. The replacement dispenser came and it worked perfectly in our fridge. It's big and holds a lot of water and the dispenser is convenient to just go in with a cup/glass and dispense the water. Unfortunately later on, the dispenser started to leak with drips. I read that it may be how you placed the filter and such so I made sure to place the filter correctly as it was instructed and thought that was the fix. But the drips continued sporadically. I had to place a cloth towel on the inside floor of the fridge because the water was pooling up and it was also dripping onto the drawers in my fridge. I contacted Brita and they were very nice about it. They had no replacements but said they would send me a check for the amount so I could go and buy another one. So this is the 3rd replacement for this water dispenser. I don't know if this is just a freaky thing that happened with the drip but I'm praying that 3rd times a charm and that we will have no more dripping. Overall, the dispenser is great for getting cold water from the fridge minus the drip issue and it saves from buying plastic bottles all the time.
