I've been struggling for years with a painful, scaly, itchy, oozy scalp. Tried all the shampoos, even ones prescribed by my GP. Spotted this last week and thought I'd give it a go. Game changer. I've used it once. Poured some into my cupped hand (it is like a runny oil consistency) dipped my fingers in, and massaged it into my scalp. Instantly my scalp felt better. It's a leave on lotion so I left it on overnight. It washed out easily the next day and now I don't feel like there's anything wrong with my scalp. It's like someone waved a magic wand. I'm going to wash my hair tomorrow so I'll put more on this afternoon even though I don't feel I really need it. If you are suffering it's definitely worth a shot. Do a test patch first though as I know what it feels like to commit to treatment and then feel like you've dipped your head in acid...

This alongside the gel these are by far the best products that I have found, and for it actually work was elating! Not harsh either. Thankyou so much.

I don't think there's an official condition of eardruff, or psoriasis in the ears? But this is the only product I can find that appears to work

I have always had a tricky mildly flaky scalp but for the last 2/3 months I’ve had a horrendous itchy flaky patch at the base of my skull, nothing I’ve tried so far has helped… I’ve had this oily goodness massaged in for about 4/5 hours and the massive flakes are coming away and the itching is relieved. I hope I can see permanent results in a few days… It doesn’t smell of anything at all and was very easy to apply…

I normally use exorex but thought I'd give this a go .... Be careful how you apply it because it looks like you have to squirt it out but it's a stopper you have to remove (it's very watery so you'll lose half) not seen any changes.. possibly a placebo

Agree with other review top looks like it has hole in top for applying and I also Lost half the bottle as it popped off altogether and went everywhere. Plus no instruction what so ever

I am Afro Caribbean, and used this daily for 2 weeks on my scalp psoriasis. It is now under control and I have no more shedding from my scalp. My hair has begun to grow back where I was beginning to develop bald patches. I now use the solution mixed with coconut oil to stop my scalp from drying out and the psoriasis coming back. I would definitely recommend this solution to anyone suffering from scalp psoriasis

Only received it yesterday so haven’t used it long enough. So far it feels soothing. Doesn’t smell, hasn’t made my hair greasy.

Like that it did not sting.

product is like water. unscented, clear. Coal tar typically has a strong scent and its not clear. Its Coal Tar. Like other reviewer stated product went every where upon opening. I cant find a way to apply "lotion" to areas where i need it. maybe if you just need to treat your scalp you can pour it on your head but I am not able to treat trouble spots on face neck or ears. The times I did try to splash some on, i felt no improvement of symptoms or relief in any way.

Scalp rash, works fast, but it stinks!
