Love the fact that most ingredients are from marine algae. Tried it previously and reordered.

It goes down easily and does not cause stomach upset. The capsules are easy to swallow.

I have taken calcium for years with no issues and wanted to try this plant based calcium supplement by Naturelo. Within two days of beginning this I was experiencing severe symptoms of stomach burning and acid reflux. I couldn't understand how a calcium supplement could cause it but this was the only thing I was doing differently so I stopped taking it for three days and the symptoms went away completely. To make sure, I took another calcium capsule (only 1 instead of 2 this time) and within 30 minutes my stomach was burning again. Perhaps it is only this lot, but I will be returning this product. I tried calling the company, but due to COVID-19 their customer service does not include phone service, only emails. I will email them so maybe if other's are having the same issue they can check on that lot (on the bottom of the bottle is 59503 01/25/2024)I wanted to update this. The company was prompt in responding to my email and also called me to follow up on my symptoms. Although I will not try the product again, since I seem to have a negative reaction to it, I did have a very positive experience with the customer service department which made me feel good about their desire to produce a quality calcium product. Since the issue seems to be more my body reacts to it than the product itself, I am increasing my rating from a 1 to a 3.
