Things that happened in his past with his family have left a bitter taste in his mouth and he never wants to hurt anyone the way his mom was hurt. Instead of seeing all the ways he’s not like his father, he fixates on how he can hurt those around him. Amanda is screwing that all up and Mick doesn’t know up from down anymore.While Amanda is quite naïve in many ways, once she dives into this thing with Mick her inner vixen comes out. It’s amazingly sex-positive and I was all in for her explorations into her wants and needs in the bedroom. Their chemistry is off the charts. Amanda feels that, but because of her lack of experience she’s not sure if that’s just her. Mick admits things are fire between them, better than ever before, but he’s still adamant that he’s not meant for a relationship. He’s infuriating and I appreciate that Amanda calls him to task when need be.I read this story after a big disappointment with this same author. I went in hoping it would be a solid read as I usually expect from her, a kind of palate cleanser. It ended up blowing my expectations out of the water. I loved this book.

I've been a fan of Melissa Foster's books for a while now and I'm always amazed by the way she can give us a read that pulls me in from the very beginning and has me happy with the ending but yet craving more at the same time.Let me explain a little bit more on what I mean, in this story we have Mick and Amanda whom work together (actually Mick is Amanda's boss) and have been attracted to one another since she started with the company three years earlier but neither of them acted on it. That is until Amanda purchases a book on how to Seduce a Man and starts flirting with her boss to test the waters out then she decides that the perfect place for her to really test her skills is a masquerade bar crawl. Their eyes meet across a crowded room and there is an instant spark but as the night goes on and he doesn't make his move she flirts with someone else...now mind you that neither one know who the other is, and that just snaps him and he's at her side in a blink of an eye. The HOLY HOTNESS BATMAN someone let the dirty talker in Melissa's muse out because WOW. This series is going to be one of the spicier of Melissa Foster's and I for one am along for the ride.Okay, I digress but seriously this book is HOT. Not knowing who the other person is was super sexy and you're probably wondering how two people that work so closely together couldn't tell who the other one was with only an eye mask covering their face but if I told you that would ruin things so you'll just have to read it and find out yourself. Anyway, the chemistry is scorching hot and they don't stop at just one night Mick turns it into a weekend with no mention of it afterwards but we all know how that goes.Melissa Foster delivers another stellar read I honestly didn't want this book to end when it did, we got the HEA but I wanted it to continue because not only did I LOVE the spiciness of the read I loved the Romantic Side of Mick that was emerging as well. And hey, I only needed one tissue while reading I think that's a record because I'm usually balling at some point in Melissa's books.I would recommend this book to anyone that enjoys STEAMY Contemporary Romances, Billionaire Romances, or Boss / Employee Romances.Happy Reading!!!

This is the first book in the Bad Billionaires After Dark series. Foster is a mastermind at drawing you in, making you flip the pages so fast to see what’s going to happen next. She has become one of my favorite authors. This book did not disappoint.Amanda is a paralegal tired of attracting the same boring guys. So she buys a book to learn how to seduce the kind of guy she wants. After research and self care, she decides the masquerade bar crawl is where she will release her new vixen. Her eyes are set in none other than Mick. Y’all, handsome entertainment attorney, and her boss. Nick has always had a thing for Amanda but never acted on it. Though neither of them know who each other is until a hot scene in the bathroom he realizes it’s her. This is their chance to act in their feelings over the last 3 years. One night, turns into a weekend. What will happen when they get back to work?!So much steam and spice in this book. It’s hot!! So many emotions, I loved seeing them grow into a couple. They were perfect for each other. Chemistry, forgiveness, self worth and hot. A must read. Can’t wait to read the rest of the series.

This was my first time reading this author and I really enjoyed her writing style. Mick and Amanda had been circling each other for years but it Amanda being brave enough to shake things up for them to finally get their chance. Who knew Mick could do romance?

Some scenes are so hot, I thought I might need to turn on the air conditioning! Thank you, Melissa, for making this old gals heart beat again!

He didn’t know it, but he was lost, until she found him! Darkness was over the Bad family, but Amanda was the new light that he had to have. Sounds corny but it’s a wonderful storyline and I loved every moment of this book. Thanks for a great read.

Crazy repetition. I almost stopped reading it because of that. There was so much that if you removed the repeated lines you could probably cut 1/3 of the book out….maybe more. I did finish it though and enjoyed the plot. The steamy scenes were good and not overdone. I liked the characters. I am not sure if I will read more from this author not, but that is only because the repetition is my biggest pet peeve.

Amanda Jenner is done with the predictable, safe men she dates.. Wanting a more exciting love life, like her sister.. Head to a masquerade Crawl, she's wanting one night of hot, passionate sex.Mick Bad doesn't do reationships, he's to broken to offer them anything more..The masquerade Crawl is just what he needs...One woman pulls his attention and he must have her, she's sexy, innocent and he can't help but be drawn to her.. As things get heated, he realises she's someone he knows and he just happens to be her boss... He should just leave, forget about her... She's not the type of girl, that should be in a place like this..He can't give her what she deserves... But he can't help arranging to meet her the next night..Amanda can't believe she's doing this, meeting the hot, sexy, confident man she met last night.. Imagine her shock when her boss walks through the door...It can't be the man from last night, could he? She should get up and walk out the door.. But she's intrigued, and can't help but want to see this through... Spending time with this man, shouldn't get her heart racing, making her lose her breath and he certainly shouldn't make her panties wet... When he offers to spend time with her, she should walk away, but she can't....I absolutely love this book, Mick is the perfect gentleman, but he's also hot, caring and down right Dirty!! I couldn't put this book down, I love the way it pulls you in and you lose yourself in Mick and Amanda's world... congratulations Melissa, on another amazing read!!!

OMG these stories are getting racier by the minute, if you loved Wild Boys After Dark then you will defiantly love Bad Boys too.It's Amanda that we are introduced to first, the whole scenario captures your attention straight away as she desperately tries to put her seduction skills to the test and even though she has someone in her sights you can't help wonder if she's going to succeed.Amanda and Mick's story is so good, it's beautifully written and very sexy, the whole story was practically about their weekend away although it did seem much longer, the fact that they had both worked and lusted after each other for three years help towards that you could say they already had history of sorts.The chemistry between these two was undeniable but Mick was carrying a lot of guilt over the loss of his sister and then the fallout with his parents didn't help, he didn't think he was worthy of a happy ever after, this almost cost him his relationship with Amanda but she was determined to prove to him that they could have a future together.Towards the end when Mick opens up it gets very emotional, you can really feel the hurt and regret he is carrying on his shoulders and Amanda was there to listen and support him and try to convince him to let it go, it might not have been obvious at the time but it helped to talk.With their weekend over and back to reality the atmosphere is a little frosty, Amanda feeling a little disappointed and thinking the worst while Mick is still battling with his demons although Mick and we are well aware of his feelings for Amanda he just needs to put them into motion and boy did he.!What a fabulous ending...absolutly perfect.!Can't wait for Dylan's story..

Another great audio book by Melissa and a firm favourite.This story has it all, romance, intrigue, sex, love, family.... you name it, it has it.Another of Melissa's books that had me hooked from page one and listening to it had me all hot and bothered lol!!!Mick Bad is a very sexy man who falls for Amanda and they both fall hard for each other. I love how they get together and how their relationsip progresses and even better we get to hear more about Heath and Ali and Ali is Amanda's sister, which is a massive bonus.Mick Bad may just be up there with my other book boyfriends, Rush, Heath, Cole to name a few ;)Highly recommended audio book and highly recommended author.Enjoy :)

WOW……. It blew me away.If you are used to the more innocent romance novels from Foster then this book isn’t for you but if you’re willing to try something new then I would highly recommend this book.I know that the Wild & Bad series were something different for Melissa Foster and are definetly darker but I loved it!! And cant for more on the Bad Boys!Mick is definetly all alpha and Amanda is so innocent, you can understand why he doesn’t want to even consider a future with her but of course the ‘good girl’ can always become Bad!

Wow another brilliant read and start to this family series love all the After Dark men they are sexy and strong. Mick and Amanda having a working relationship and Mick being Amanda's boss she never even thought they would hook up but a chance meeting while out in a masquerade bar crawl starts a risqué weekend. And what a weekend it turns out to be. Cant wait to read more from this family and to find out more secrets
