How does the Hearing aid compatibility work? Eg is it a Bluetooth connection?

The telephone is hearing aid compatible and has been designed to eliminate background noise and interference when used with a hearing aid with a T-Coil function. I hope this helps. Thank you.

Is the main unit wall mountable?

Yes there is a recess at the top middle to hang the unit on but just tried and the hand set falls off and not secure so I would say no Hope this helps

Is there any way to have the phonebook sort entries from a to z? They seem to only appear in order of addition.

Not sure I think you press phonebook and then the key for the letter your contacts name begins with.

Do you need to touch a button to answer ?How easy is phone to answer ?
