Mixer does not work
Bought this at a good price but once fitted, it does not allow the water to mix. So either it is freezing cold or boiling hot. I have had to get someone in to replace this faulty shower at my own cost. Best to buy something that is going to work with a bona fide product. Lesson learned

Good quality, but thermostat for mixer doesn’t last long
Good shower, on our 2nd one the same. The 1st one worked well for about 10 months then was running cold even turned up full. Had no idea how to change thermostat or which one to get without taking it apart so thought easier to buy new and the same so it all fitted the pipes etc. 2nd one fine, really pleased but again after about 10 months starting to go cold then hot and cool, not the boiler, taps fine, so may need to get another. I will buy same again for ease of swop[ing but annoying that although quality build, it doesn’t last long, maybe none do?

Really good, reasonable quality
Really good customer service, shower works all good. Don’t over tighten the nuts though as this actually over compresses the washers and causes a leak (loosen off to stop drips). Overall though, definitely would recommend. If I were choosing a shower again, I would be happy to choose this one.

Love this shower and I Kim keep ordering the same shower or the parts for it. As my son keeps breaking it. So happy with it and easy to install and looks fantastic in the bathroom.
