Bought this product when the Health Store was out of stock. Both my husband and friend have had excellent results with this product. I also use when dealing with any winter respiratory issue. If you have not tried this I highly recommend it. My breathing at night is improving on the BosMed formula for respiratory support. I think all the Terry Naturally supplements are well researched and good. I have only taken this for two weeks, but I can already tell a difference.

I'm noticing my chest is lighter. I am breathing easier. I'm still coughing all the time. But I still feel like I can breath better. There is a weird aftertaste most days but it's not like heartburn horrible. Just kinda weird. I only take one per day.

Forced myself to swallow this uncomfortably large pill for two and a half weeks with no noticeable difference to my health. Thus quit it as I was also tired of the unpleasant after taste.

I have asthma and in the morning I have coughing fits. This seems to be working. The coughing seems to be subsiding. And my throat seems to be healing.
