I ordered this as a gift for Mother’s Day, when received I could tell during shipping the box must of got extremely wet/smashed badly! Upon opening was sad to see gift ruined! I emailed seller who apologized for shipping mishap, but after sending a few photos replaced item ASAP, new item received and is beautiful, wonderful gift! Very gorgeous and all the crystals are placed perfectly. And the work put into making a item like this you will see must be timely and meticulous. I’m totally happy with candle holder and mother is also. With all the matching items it will be easy to choose more gifts from this line. Will buy from this seller again.
