Good innovative product
Very useful tool for having to wait in slow moving queue or events that require prolonged standing. Helps take the edge off and doesn't take too much space. The 2.0 version is especially helpful with being able to adjust the height a little more especially if your on the shorter side. It's a little weighty but compact and it's still the lightest most compact thing out there of it's kind. It can also handle high weights comfortable. Still feels sturdy on your bottom. Just remember with this one it much be used at an angle and not sat straight on. It's not cushioned so can be a little slippery but I believe there is an accessory that acts as a seat cover and bag that can be bought.Helpful for people who can't walk/stand long distances or time but still try to. It's not a proper seat of course but does help take the load and pressure off.It is on the expensive side for what it is but you can make good use of it.

SitPack a helpful addition to the holiday packing.
I found it heavier than expected but it is so neat and compact that is not a problem. Initially I was unsure how robust it was and was a little tentative about how secure it was when unfolded but that has got easier with practice. I am quite short but still prefer the posture achieved with it fully extended. I am looking forward to taking it on my next holiday when walking around with a tour group there will be many occasions where I will need a perch whilst the guide tells us some worthy tale or the fine details of the local history.

Worth a look but I suspect limited use.
Not the easiest thing to use. At six feet two inches it still feels to tall to balance comfortably. Seat top would work better if it wasn't so slippery. Unit feels quite heavy.

It broke underneath my disabled husband
Although the product idea is good, it snapped after about four uses as my husband sat on it, and it threw him to the ground. I have been fighting the company for a refund for five months, and they are extremely hard to get hold of, evasive, awkward, full of excuses and clearly have no intention of refunding us for a shoddy piece of equipment which could have caused my husband severe injuries. Purchase at your own risk!

handy for dog walking
I recently inherited a nervous, untrained French bulldog - he's a pain in the neck because he doesn't know what to do off the lead and just sits nervously yawning in the middle of the lawn :(Now I can lean back, take the strain off my old knees and wait patiently for him to do what he's got to do. There's not a lot else to say about the product, because it does what it's designed to do - and credit to the guys that did design it because it's a cool thing. Only one issue, and it's not relevant to the product, but if they stopped printing the instruction booklet they would probably save more profit and quite few trees

Wanted to like it but....
I bought this for my Wife so she could take a 'breather' when we're out walking, but it's banished to the back of the cupboard - probably never to see the light of day again.I really wanted to like this as, on the face of it, it's an innovative idea. Certainly a potentially more elegant solution than the old-fashioned shooting stick. Unfortunately it was let down in a couple of key areas. The 'pros'This is sturdily made in ABS plastic and looks like it's built to last if cared forNotwithstanding the 'cons' below it is fairly straightforward to use, though not quite as effortless as the bloke on the promotional video! The 'cons'This obviously has to be made to suit taller people but both my Wife and I are pretty short, meaning that we had to collapse several sections of the telescopic leg to get the right height. The unit does not appear to like this very much and the twit-lock didn't work so well when partially collapsed. The big problem, eclipsing all the 'pros' and the minor 'con', is that the seating surface is rounded (by necessity) and really slippery. It takes a bit of adjustment to get sat semi-comfortably on the seat and then one is in constant danger of it scooting out from beneath one's buttocks due to the slippery surface. The couple of times we tried to use it ended with my Wife on her back on the ground. This could be simply rectified by impressing a roughened surface into the moulding or, better still, bonding a tactile rubber cover on the seat. As an Engineer I'm amazed this didn't show up at the product testing stage. So, unfortunately, it's a thumbs down.for this product. I may continue to persevere with it and, if I have an epiphany, I promise to write an updated review.

Like most things, works if you follow the instructions....
Any one who complains about this as a product is clearly a retard [old money term...] - follow the instructions and it does what it claims to - supports your arse and has a variety of heights to choose from. Arrived today, used it while cooking tea, and I can already envisage it alleviating the sciatica pain I experience when standing for any length of time. Quite heavy, presumably due to the internal mechanisms robust nature, quite expensive - but I was going to spend £50 on a shooting stick style product anyway, dodgy black colour - but I'm sure alternative colours of the 2.0v will appear eventually. I can see this product saving me a load of pain over its lifetime, until they bring a titanium version out.... money well spent! 😎

How well will it wear?
Have not used yet. Nice design, there are little stick on grips supplied to make the seat part less slippy. HAving put them on I cannot say they significantly increase grip!I am a bit concerned about how much wear and tear the rubber foot that will be in contact with the ground will take. Time will tell I guess.
