I enjoy the straps on the book bag. They are comfortable. I also like the colors on the book bag. I wish the bag wasn’t wrapped in plastic when I received it as I am trying to minimize my waste. The book bag smells so I have to air it out. I am not sure if that is the smell of hemp but I don’t really enjoy the smell of it. I don’t use chemical air fresheners, but if you do maybe you spray it and the smell will go away. I wish it was a little bigger since my work lap top is old and big. It barely fits inside. I am hoping that the book bag will handle being used every day. Overall, I am happy and I am glad I have it.*** changed my review from 4 starts to 5 starts. The smell went away and the bag gets more comfy the older it becomes. I love it!

I bought a different backpack and it ended up being a disaster. This bag was next on my list and I should've gotten it first! Its amazing quality and I love the delicate earthy colors. I wear it everyday, I bike everywhere and I feel better knowing I have a big bag in case I go shopping or need to pack a lunch. Feels extremely sturdy and still has that "hemp" smell to it (which is awesome, so natural!). It has two cup holders which was big for me because I wanted to have a water and a breakfast smoothie since I'm gone from home all day. No "off" stitching or rips, someone made it with care. I'm planning to cover my bag with a bunch of pins/patches, theres so much room for customization. Highly recommend!

I have gotten so many positive compliments on this backpack. it is unique, beautiful, and sustainable. And on top of that it supports a good cause. The shoulder straps feel like they do not distribute the weight as well as some of the other high end backpacks so it may not be best if you will be carrying a lot of weight for long periods of time. It is also sturdy but not incredibly so, so it is better for classroom-type use rather than sports use

I bought one for my son over a year and a half ago and love it so much that I just bought one for myself. I get headaches from heavy purse and work bags so I would always borrow my sons backpack because the wide soft shoulder straps disperse the weight of the load so we’ll that it eases shoulder tension and actually reduces my number of headache days. My son wanted his bag back so I finally ordered my own. Lol. We love it. My husband has even been known to take it hiking. I have never found a single bag our family loves as much. Thank you.

Sometimes when you’re walking with it on or put it on too fast the straps will loosen all the way

Good medium sized backpack that can hold most of everything one would need to carry. In my instance, I carry two 27oz water bottles, 1-2 70 page notebooks,a 2 inch binder, a 27oz thermos with another small container to hold condiments, my phone/wallet, keys, some snack bars, tissues, and emergency bike tools. All of these items together fill up the backpack with enough space to slide in 3-4 more 70 page notebooks worth of space. There are a couple frayed and loose threads around the lining and inside the water bottle holders but nothing serious. This backpack does its job well with the multiple pockets and laptop liner and looks very clean. I would say its a very good value.

I purchased this backpack for travel. It holds a lot of things, and even "stuffed full" fit perfectly under the seat on the airplane. I received a lot of compliments about the looks of the backpack as well. I've only had it for a month, but it has seen a lot of use and so far is holding up nicely. It held my water bottle on one side (outer pockets) and my coffee travel cup on the other, and the zippered pockets help to keep things organized. I really love this backpack and I am thinking of purchasing a couple more as gifts for my daughters since it was well worth the money I spent.

We are very environmentally aware in our home. My daughter recently bought a backpack but when she took the tags off she found a warning that the backpack was made of potentially harmful and toxic materials. (Sad) It was returned, but that gave me an idea for a great Christmas gift for her. I found your line of products and they were all so adorable I had to do a process of elimination to decide!! The backpack is well made and so colorful but most of all it’s made from earth friendly materials. Would love to see all children using these!! I’ll be back!!! Thank you!
