Best bluetooth headphones ever
Best bluetooth headphones ever. Not because of the sound, which is pretty good, about equivalent to the quality of apple earbuds or something. Not because it comes with a million different tips to fit anyones ears, or the flexible hook that keeps the buds wrapped to your ear...............but because they are damn near indestructible when it comes to the water. I wear these things in the shower in the morning. I wear them in the gym, and then into the sauna and then the gym shower afterward, with never a hint of slowing down. Battery life: Middle of the road. Probably charge once a week from 6 hours use but never use til dead Sound quality: Middle of the road. Sounds equivalent to apple earbuds if they had the same level of isolation as these (these have an ear plug style design) Comfort: Everyones ears are different, I personally cant get earbuds to stay in but these work perfectly because of the malleable wire. There are about 5 or 6 different style rubber earbud ear pieces that really work well. Bluetooth quality and range: This was probably the most suspect part of the headphones, but Ive heard that this is a standard issue with smaller bluetooth receivers due to smaller surface area to pick up the signals. My normal SONY XBs have amazing range that I can use all over the house or on a trip from the weight rack to the water fountain at the gym. I can hear these headphones start to lose connection within 10-15 feet from my device at times when there are a lot of obstacles in an open room such as a gym, or when i leave the room without my phone. What is nice is that these things pick the connection back up like hair on velcro as soon as your back in range. Overall, damn these headphones are something to behold though. Until you've worked out, sauna'd, showered and shampood your hair without ever taking your headphones out you're not living

Good deal
Bought these for my 4 year old but didn't work out too well for him. I wanted something that was wireless, and since I loved the jlab headset for my kids I thought these would be great for them, but they don't seem to stay on his ears well. On the other hand, they worked out well for giving them to my husband for working out. He is definitely getting use out of them. Battery life is good. Quality and bass is ok, but wasn't expecting it to be great as it was intended for my preschooler. Definitely good price for what it is, but I'm going to go back and buy another 2 pairs of the jlab headset instead for my two young ones.

Planned obsolescence or shoddy quality? Both?
My first one started crackling in one ear the first time I worked up a sweat (which I begrudgingly put up with; better than nothing at all when I run), then just stopped working a month later. Purchased pair #2 (again begrudgingly, as I needed something ASAP and have specific headphone needs—buds don’t stay put for me—and was unable to find anything locally. The reviews for most Bluetooth headphones in this price range are generally negative, but these still seemed the most highly reviewed option. I’d spend 10 times this much for a good set if the headphones were available as wrap arounds, not buds, but... The 2nd pair lasted less than 2 months. They fried and melted at the charging point (using only the cord that came with it, no power surges or other anomalies. Very ticked, at this point. But, as I need a particular (and apparently unicorn-like) type of headphone (wrap around and adjust to my ears; buds fall out😡), I’m relegated to this brand. Set #3? Right ear (the one closest to the volume/mic unit) suddenly won’t stay put. Why, you ask? The wire that bends around your ear (once again) has either broken or become dislodged from its mooring, and there’s no way to fix it. At this point, I want to start kicking things till they come and take me away. And by “they”, I don’t mean Calgon. Grrr. Crap!!!

Very good apart from the logo on the tips
My overall experience with these headphones (after some modification, see below) is great. They are adjustable enough to fit my ears, and the loop makes them stay in place. (Other earbuds fall out after 10 minutes because my ears are weird.) The fact that the connecting wire goes behind the ear instead of down the front of the ear is why I bought them in the first place. Any tug on the wire pulls them even tighter into place, rather than pulling them out. The battery life and sound are among the best I've had for wireless. However. The manufacturer has put the company logo on the silicon tips... in bas-relief. Two logos on each tip, located diagonally from each other. These tiny little patterns, small enough that you don't even notice them at a first glance... they chafe, and after a time, they hurt. After some 4 hours of wearing them, my ears remained sore the rest of the day. There's one pair of memory foam tips included which don't have the logo, so if you're able to use them, then great. But my ears are too small for the memory foam ones, so I had to move a pair of silicone tips from one of my other headphones and over to these. This, frankly, shouldn't be necessary. JLab, if you read this, please remove the logo from the tips. I shouldn't have to scavenge parts from other brands in order to use your product.

I love the color of this set
I love the color of this set, but more importantly, I am impressed with the number of sizes JLab includes in the box. At first, I was concerned that I would be wasting my money on unusable earpieces, but I am happy that they had a size that fit my abnormally tiny ears. I have always had trouble with earphones staying in my ears as the average set would either be painful to keep in or eventually fall out from barely moving at all. The flexible wires are a bit getting used to, but when you have them adjusted, they fit perfectly. I do wish that when you fix them, that there was some way to keep them in place because if you throw them into your bag with other items that could catch onto them when you go to pull them out, the wires will move so you will have to spend more time fiddling with them again. Perhaps a case could prevent this? The sound is better than the earphones I received with my iPod or any of my Samsung phones or any of the $10 sets I bought at a local store, but it is not the best I have ever heard in earphones. I have also noticed that the earbuds need to be snug in your ear for the 'noise-reducing' quality as described, so you just need to experiment with the different sizes available. All in all, it's not bad for $35.

Mixed feelings
I am a huge fan of most JLABS products, I own several pairs of ear buds from them and I can’t say enough about their quality, I have mixed feelings about this set, the sound quality is excellent they very well made, but I’m not fond of the method used to retain them to the ear, it’s very difficult to get the buds to seat into the ears and wrap the flex cable around the outside of the ear, also the Cush fin design on this set is really useless, I will probably keep them and continue to try and figure out a way to keep them in my ears better, but I haven’t really decided yet, I hope I can get them to work out because other than the fit the sound is outstanding!

Quality made, quality sound - could be a bit louder
The headphones are made with quality from the wires to the casing to the changeable ear pieces. The sound quality is very good, however, the volume could use a bit of boosting. I feel like these don't get quite loud enough when in crowded areas like in the gym at a basketball court. Again, the sound itself is quality, just could use 1 or 2 more notches on the volume. Everything else is great! They’re light weight, super comfortable on ear, and don't fall off.

High efficiency and durability.
This product is never say die. The sound quality is excellent. And it's water proof. There was a day I washed my clothes with this product in one my clothe pocket. And I said oh no. This stuff is gone. To my greatest surprise. This thing was still working. That's how durable it is.

Couldn't get to stay in my ears when running
I was disappointed with these headphones having used JLAB wired ones before I thought I would upgrade to wireless. I just could not get them to stay in my ears when running even after trying all the different tips. Sound quality was fine for this level of headphones but could not use for what needed them for.

Great!
So far, so good!! No complaints. Sound quality is excellent and the loops and different sized buds mean they actually stay in my ears unlike other ear buds
