My 10 year old grandson loved this kit. It kept him busy all day. This is the 3 wooden puzzle kit he has done. I plan to get him more.

This is like my 5th wood puzzle, (first one from this brand/company) probably the easiest (direction/difficulty wise) but it was absolutely awful to put together. The pieces weren’t properly cut so it just splintered like crazy, pieces weren’t fitting. I got it completed and it’s beautiful it was just done with a lot of cussing and anger haha.Edit: customer service reached out and they were amazing. They offered a solution to the problem I had, sent another puzzle and it was fully cut and perfect. Very happy with it all.

This was my first wooden puzzle I've put together, and definitely won't be my last. I chose the marble run because my 3 year old son loves them and he enjoys "building" with me (which mostly means watching and asking of it's ready yet). As my first puzzle, this was very engaging to put together and the instructions were clear for me as a beginner to understand easily. Luckily they put a few spare of the smaller pieces as one of them broke and my son lost a few. We started one morning, worked on it here and there throughout the day, then finished it the next morning. I could have finished faster alone, but half the fun is letting my son see all the parts come together and explain how things work. The end result looked exactly the same as the picture, and the hand cranked worked as it should. Very satisfied and very excited to get another one!!

It was great to put together! The wood is study and the instructions aren't confusing at all! I'm very much nerurodivergent and made a good 3-5 hours for me, good enrichment time.The only complaint is that some of the pieces didn't line up and I had to cut it a bit with my x-acto knife. The left drawer doesn't fully move like it's supposed to, but i chalked that up to me being the beginner(FYI, I used E-600 for glue in case anyone messed up like me)Other then that, worth the price and will be buying again from the company :D

This was a fun project. My fingers are sore but it was fun and works great. Take your time and enjoy the build!

My boyfriend LOVES these and I have purchased several for him. He was very excited to put this one together. However, the box says there are extra pieces and there are NOT. And I have been unable to get ahold of the manufacturer to send me more, or even respond to me! So now he has it partially put together but since ONE tiny circular piece broke he can go no further. He is very disappointed and so am I. I was looking forward to seeing this one added to our collection.Update - 5/3/23:The manufacturer reached out to me and offered to send the parts we needed. They actually went above and beyond and sent a whole other kit! We got it all put together and love it!

This kit is a bit frustrating to work with. The problem is that the tolerances between the tabs and slots are so tight things simply will not go together easily. Snug is one thing. Breaking tabs because the tolerances are too tight is another question entirely. SOLUTION... This is why I give this item 3 stars. It's a beautiful and very cool kit. The assembly solution, however, is a little slow going. The kit comes with a block of wax lube. The instructions only indicate it should be used on certain moving components. This is incorrect. The wax lube has to be applied to each and every tab!!. If you do that, it goes together without much fuss. Without the wax lube, however, assembly is practically impossible without breaking the pieces. The tolerances are too tight.

This build was an absolute delight from start to finish. Every step of the process was clearly laid out, making the assembly both enjoyable and straightforward. The mechanisms function flawlessly, just as intended, which adds to the overall satisfaction of the project. It’s the perfect size for storing small treasures, whether they be jewelry, tchotchkes, or other cherished items. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!
