Apple Early 2022 iPad Air 5th Gen, 10.9-inch, Wi-Fi, 64GB, Space Gray (Renewed)

Exceeded my expectations! The iPad looks just like new, clean and scratch-free screen and outer case. Performance and battery life are excellent. No problems connecting it to my old Apple Magic Keyboard which I already had from a previous iPad.

I’ve just had this a couple days but from what I can tell so far this was a great purchase. It did not come with the original Apple charger but it did come with a nice long 10ft charging cable which I liked since I tend to need longer charging cables anyway. The exterior of the iPad Air is completely clean and looks like new. I was able to charge and set it up with zero issues. The battery life is great so far! It does not drain quickly. I liked that I was able to get a 4 year protection plan on this too, which is a major reason I went with it, because Apple’s plan only lasts 2 years or you have to pay monthly forever. I think the 4 year plan with Asurion is just right and they also have their own monthly plan if you want to look into even longer coverage. I actually bought this 5th generation Air to replace a 4th generation that quit due to a bad motherboard (First time I’ve ever experienced that with an Apple product and my whole family uses only Apple products that have lasted at least 7 to 10 years.) I had that previous Air 3 years, just a year past Apple coverage which was definitely frustrating but I learned my lesson that I need a longer care plan than just 2 years. I recommend everyone going with as long a protection plan as you can afford, because you are just as likely to encounter any issues if not more so past that 2 year timeframe. My power button on the last device was also starting to get stuck despite using a case and those buttons are not easy to repair on an iPad Air due to their proximity to the motherboard, so definitely do all you can to protect your device. Don't use a casual thin case that just looks cute, use something with enough padding to protect the whole device, especially if you live in a home with kids and pets, things get knocked over despite best practices. If you want your power button to last longer I recommend trying assistive touch too! It limits how much you need to use that power button and the volume buttons, since you can use Assistive Touch with a small button directly on the screen to do things like lock your screen, restart your device, control volume, and take a screenshot. Very cool!

Love love this iPad would definitely recommend purchasing and would buy again if ever needed .ive had this iPad for about two weeks now and have no complains it is very lightweight and set up really easily runs as if it was brand new no lagging etc have taken it outside and has had no problems connecting to any network I’ve connected it to .i got the WiFi option with no cellular and can still receive text and calls games run great apps run amazing no scratches scuffs etc battery life last me a long time I have gotten about a day and a half from it (I am not on it all day though ) I did read reviews prior to purchasing and I’m glad I did reviews are correct when it comes to charger comes with a very cheap and flimsy charger so definitely would recommend purchasing a separate charger .does NOT come charged you do have to charge it upon arrival has been tested texting FaceTiming gaming traveling etc and has held up great. Overall for the price the way it runs the condition the ease of use it’s definitely worth the price and I would recommend and I am very picky when it comes to devices and reviews lol .also for the girlies such pretty colors I got purple and am obsessed

Received it a day earlier and came in great packaging. Not a single scratch or crack. Came in perfect with a charger and works wonders. Only downside is that it dies a bit quickly, other than that, works perfect!

The iPad came with a big protrusion around the battery, touching it made the screen discolor. I realized that this was actually an inflated battery which is very dangerous. I reached out to support and they offered no help. I cannot even try to earn my money back by reselling, because like i said: its in dangerous condition! Besides that the battery can't hold a charge longer than an hour and the storage is too small for updates w/o deleting all my apps.

For the IPad being refurbished it’s great, looks and works like it’s new. Plus it came with a screen protector, charging block and cord!

My IPad came quickly and is just as described. It looks and works like it’s brand new. The communication with the seller after it arrived has been great. They have checked in to make sure it’s working and that I’m satisfied.

I don’t usually leave reviews, and I’m not one to trash a product unnecessarily—but when something doesn’t live up to what’s promised, I think it’s fair to speak up. I ordered this iPad sold and shipped directly by Amazon, which gave me confidence that the product would match the description—especially since it was labeled in "excellent" condition, including a flawless screen and at least 80% battery health. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The device arrived with multiple noticeable scratches on the screen, which was disappointing. To be fair, the frame and body were in great condition, and the battery health was surprisingly at 100%, which I appreciated. However, the screen was a major letdown since that’s what I interact with the most. I didn’t return it because I was about to leave the U.S., and dealing with a return wasn’t worth the hassle—I needed the device. Still, it’s frustrating when a product is advertised to meet a standard and falls short. It makes me question how thorough Amazon’s "Renewed" verification process really is. I’m giving it 3 stars because the iPad itself is working great and I don’t want to be overly negative. But I do want to caution others: if you go the Amazon Renewed route, keep your expectations realistic. Hope this helps someone!

There is a bit of wear on the fingerprint reader/power buttom but aside from this, the screen, shell and camera are in prestige condition and the battery life is amazing.

El iPad llegó en excelentes condiciones. La batería tiene muy buen rendimiento, no presenta rayones visibles ni golpes y parece prácticamente nuevo El único detalle es que el grabado de personalización que hace Apple está tachado, pero es algo casi imperceptible y completamente entendible al tratarse de un producto reacondicionado. Además, al colocarle una funda, ni siquiera se nota La cámara funciona al 100% y el equipo llegó completamente limpio, sin cuentas de Apple ID, perfiles desconocidos ni configuraciones extrañas Mi experiencia con la entrega fue un poco desafortunada al principio, ya que el pedido apareció como entregado aunque nunca lo recibí. Me comuniqué con el soporte de Amazon y en menos de 10 minutos, resolvieron la situación, procesaron el reembolso y pude realizar nuevamente la compra. En el segundo envío recibí todo correctamente y sin inconvenientes Producto: 10/10 Entrega: 5/10 Soporte de Amazon: 10/10 En general, estoy muy satisfecho con el iPad Air y considero que fue una excelente compra

Después de 1 mes y 2 semanas de uso ya me toca reseñarlo. Envío: el envío fue rápido, llegó 1 día antes de lo previsto y todo estuvo ok, venía en una caja gris con papel hecho bola y el iPad estaba recubierto de bastante empaque burbuja. Accesorios: Como se ve en la foto vino con un cargador generico de quien sabe que marca USADO con puerto USB A el cable era de USB c a c y por ende ningún de estos accesorios los pude utilizar, considero que es lo peor de la compra ya que es ilógico mandar cargador con USB A y cable USB C de ambos extremos. Yo ya contaba con un cargador y cable de la marca "Ugreen de 30w y funcionan perfectamente con el iPad, carga en alrededor de 2 horas de 15% al 100% así que si necesitas comprar accesorios (que creo que será necesario) te recomiendo esa marca. Estetica: el iPad llegó casi impoluto, parecía nuevo en el cuerpo de aluminio no tenía marcas. El único detalle venía en la pantalla, en una de sus esquinas tenía una pequeña "nube" no era un arañaso, literal eso parecía una "nube" que a simple vista o usándolo día a día no se nota. Tanto así que de la única manera en la que me di cuenta de esto fue cuando lo limpie para colocar un protector de pantalla, de ahí en fuera nunca note esa nube aún usándolo al aire libre de dia así que está pequeña marca de uso no me causa NINGUN conflicto. Uso: el iPad funciona perfectamente, no sufre de calentamiento, no se traba, no tiene problemas de ningún tipo, la batería me dura alrededor de unas 12 horas de uso CONTINUO con pantalla encendida al 50% de brillo así que estoy bastante contento. hasta el momento solo una vez se me trabó y reinicio pero solo eso, tardo como 1 minuto en este proceso y de ahí para ahorita todo está perfecto, sus bocinas funcionan muy bien, sensor de huellas, camara, micrófonos etc. Considero que vale muchísimo la pena por el precio y si no tienes ningun problema con tener un iPad refurbished adelante, comprala! Cómo consejo general si tienes la posibilidad de comprar la de 256 GB hazlo, 64 GB en el 2025 ya se quedan muy cortos.
