Quartz Glass Bottle with Changeable Natural Crystal Center, Loose Natural Gem Leaf Tea Infuser, Gemstone Elixir Infused Glass Bottle with Protective Sleeve

I ordered 2 bottles exactly the same. One was perfect, the other was broken and packed differently. The unbroken bottle had the silicone plug on the glass portion that keeps the crystals inside the bottle. It arrived fine. The 2nd bottle had the silicone plug floating free from the small glass insert that houses the crystals , the small glass piece appeared to NOT be screwed onto the bottom of the bottle. The glass hitting the glass was the issue in my opinion. Please be careful there are many small pieces of glass inside the black sleeve. These were Mother’s Day gifts, very unfortunate. My concern is I didn’t keep the original plastic (no bubble wrap) envelope they came in. I would like to exchange the broken one please. The unbroken bottle is beautiful, I would’ve preferred better quality crystals.

The media could not be loaded.  I was hoping to givethis carafe as a gift. Unfortunately it arrived broken so I can't give it. Please package fragile items better!

Love the idea of the multi-crystals in the bottom. Product leaks (2 of 2 purchased both leak) from the bottom, and all the liquid spills.

I ordered this product on May 18, received it on May 20. Initially it worked fine. However a couple of days ago, it started to leak. The water fills up and leaks out of the bottom rim. I let it sit so that it could dry out, but it still leaks. Unfortunately I missed the return window which was June 20.I really liked the way the water tasted and I do believe that it was doing my body good. But, for the price, it should have lasted more than 30 days.

The internal stone glass holder came broken. In Bottle. Need it replaced. Hope I don't swallow any glass.

Did not receive any crystals.

I was anxious to receive the product...theres a incased glass that you fill with rocks but it does NOT allow any water to infuse...then less then a month using it the incased glass broke when I went to take a drink...so lucky I didnt swallow any glass shavings...
