As always, Mori nu silken tofu doesn't disappoint. I ordered the organic version because there is so much gmo soy around. I use this all the time for sauces, creamy dips, and for puddings. I always have a jar of vegan mayo and vegan sour cream made with this tofu. It helps me to avoid using eggs, milk, and oils.

Decent tasting. Shelf stable, making it convenient when you don’t have time to use it right away. Good for making vegan chocolate mousse.

It's important to me that any soy product we consume be organic...otherwise it's sprayed and most likely GMO. I like that it has a long shelf life and doesn't require refrigeration. It's perfect for pies and puddings. Been using this brand for over 30 years...highly recommend!
