You may need to go up two sizes if you fancy being able to breath.
I did some extensive research, helped in the form of Rufus. The Sizing Chart for this product is terrible, bordering on useless. I'm a male 5' 10", 38" chest, 33" waist and 68kg, the default option was L, I can't recall exactly, it could even have been a Medium. I'm glad I did this research as I would be using this for running (given the various sports, pursuits it said it is good for), many of which high compression isn't required or wanted. For running certainly not, I need/want to breath. As a result of my research and Rufus I selected 2XL, it is a comfortable, snug fit. Not what is suggested in the description "EXTENSION PANELS FOR MOBILITY" a large would have left me trussed up like a turkey and unable to breath. I hope this helps others.
