It is an okay product honestly. I had a gift card to use, so I’m very happy I did not end up paying full price for this lol. It’s cute yes, but packaging, was horrible. There were no instructions, but thankfully we have YouTube! Feels cheap, but it’s working! Don’t get me wrong, it is really cute now that it is set up, but definitely does not feel/come like the price that it is listed as.

It’s great for stress relieving but kinda difficult to put together and spills water everywhere.

Received motor parts were not attached were they should be. Tried gluing but came apart.

No directions on putting it together, I fiddled with it til I figured it out. Couple of things I don't like: the fact that plastic plants are used, the kind that you put in aquariums. Not a huge deal, I'm probably going to try to replace some of the plastic with some sort of material that looks a bit more natural. The paint used seems to come off easily, I've had to dig out some floating bits of paint here and there. And the other thing is that you need to be careful where you place it, and how you've got the LED light / mist-maker thing sitting inside the bottom of the fountain. If it isn't in a good place, it'll just spray water everywhere, and the mist also creates water droplets that build up around the place that you've set the fountain. I wanted it on my computer desk hutch, so I usually keep the fountain on, but the mist-maker off, so I get the nice water droplet sounds without the mist condensing all over the desk. Overall, I think it's a nice little sculpture that I hopefully can improve a little, and make even better. I'm pretty satisfied with it.

The media could not be loaded.  So I bought this beautiful fountain for my mother's birthday thank God I took a look before giving it to her there was so many cons about this fountain #1, the water hose was to long so I had to cut a small piece so the pump could fit Into the tank #2 there was a black broken piece that does not go with the tank and magically appeared into the hose SO! That took me 10mins to figure out how to get it out because it wouldn't work if I didn't, #3 before and after pictures that the power cord couldn't fit in the back of the tank because it was way to small so my fiance had to cut it through with scissors and broke it so it can fit right through. I did not wanted to send it back because I can fix it but I shouldn't be and this company should be a shame and check their work before sending out costumers their fountains , thank you. Lights are terrible, can’t be seen at all

It looks amazing. Especially in the dark. But after a half hour there is a puddle near fountain if light is on. I don’t know where I can use it 😭

Decent at first , then the mist just stops working , then so does the lights (eventually) but the water feature stays … I’ve now seen better ones for half of £50. So make sure you buy it if you really really want it and keep it in good condition tbh

There were no instructions included. Easy enough to assemble. But when it was turned on the mist that it produced some of it fell outside the fountain. It fell on the shelf it was on. Making it not for use indoors. Very disappointed with it
