Been using these vitamins for a few years and my opthomologist says keep it up. Only complaint is that even this mini cap is hard to swallow. I’ve learned that softening one in water helps it go down much easier. No worsening of early macular degeneration (wet), in fact the area of concern is resolved. Fingers crossed.
