I got this for our daughter’s hamster. These are high in protein that they need & also love as a treat.

These are ok to use to feed Venus fly traps if you can't find live ones. Just make sure to fondle the trap a couple times after feeding to simulate a live wormy. They also make a great cake or ice cream topper!!

Our Hedgehog quite enjoys these. Haven't tried any other brand for comparison but we are happy with these. I read online that hamsters also like mealworms which surprised me as I had initially thought they were herbivores. Tried to give one of these to my hamster and he was totally not interested :D Fair price on Amazon as they are 12.99 for the bottle at my local pet store (as of Jan 2022)
