Incredibly helpful for my trip planning

Warning! The Kindle edition is not the same as the print. I purchased a print Guide, then got the Kindle edition so I wouldn't have to carry the print book on my trip. It is missing the many special articles on topics like Egyptian gods, building of the Pyramids, etc. It's still a good basic tour guide, but it was very disappointing to find these sections were missing, as I'd hoped to read some of them while I was traveling.

Got this for my upcoming trip to Egypt. Has a ton of information and covers so much. Will be great for helping me be informed on the different areas my tour is going too. Would be extra helpful if you are planning your own tour as there is a ton of information on the ins and out of Egypt travel.

We have a land/river cruise trip to Egypt planned. We ordered this guide in advance of our trip. It is full of sticky notes of places to go and experience. It is a valuable planning tool for traveling to Egypt and thus a must guide for such a trip.

Accurate and concise. Easy to read and very informative.

Travel guides need to have hotels and restaurants, I know, but of all of the Egypt travel books that I purchased before our trip, this one had the best material for actually touring the sites that we wanted to visit, and it helped us figure out how to do it more easily. My favorite book from this trip.

Nice book to use for information. Pictures are great. Good description of the country.

A must have guide whether you're going on your own or with a tour. So much history, information, gorgeous phots, etc. I'll be taking the guide with me when I leave for Egypt.
