Q: Would this work to affix a bunch of hotfix rhinestones to clothing?

It works just like a flat hot iron, except it doesn’t get real hot. Don’t know if this will work for your purpose, but I would not recommend it....a real disappointment!

Q: The box says 110 - 220 volt, is there a switch to go between voltages?

It's only 110 looking at the plug connector that can't handle 220 and you would never need 220 that's the voltage for a stove or or electric clothes dryer which uses a completely different plug

Q: Is the heat adjustable? It lists a wide variety of fabrics that require different heat

No the heat is not adjustable on the one I have.

Q: Will it work for ironing baby clothes?

This iron is approximately 4 inches long, I imagine if you really wanted to iron anything with it you could. But when I took it out of the box I literally thought it was a child's toy.

Dangerous! Don't buy!

The entire iron heats up other then the little handle. I'm talking the top and bottom and all sides. I got it with the intention of my kids to use it for melty beads and other crafts but i am thankful i tried it first as it burned my hand. Don't buy! It is dangerous!

This mini iron arrived but does not have an Australian plug on it . So how are you supposed to us it . Not happy

Itty bitty

Ok. So we bought this to iron on name labels to our residents clothing. We needed an iron that got hot enough. I will say the heat was perfect, but when we unpackaged this iron, we all laughed at the size. So cute but so small. But all In all, it will serve its purpose.
