These are the best do it yourself guards I have used! Follow instructions and turns out great! I only put in boiling water for a quick 5 seconds! After cutting tab off I put the edge back in hot water to smooth rough part from cutting off! Only the very edge!

So I read all the reviews before I bought them because my dentist wanted to charge me $600 for these. I put a cup in the microwave full of hot water for three minutes then I did the bottom one first so if I screwed it up, at least I would still have the top one. I held it in the water for about six seconds until I started seeing it transform and that was the perfect time 10 seconds and it would have been melted to nothing. And they fit perfectly. I use it for the teeth whitening pen that I bought on Amazon, which is also amazing:) great product just take your time and read the reviews

I normally do not write reviews, but I’m hoping this might help someone else. I ordered these for a teeth whitening mold. When I first molded these to my teeth, I absolutely dislike them and they gagged me. So I trimmed off the excess and tried wearing them again. Then I microwaved a coffee cup of water almost to a boil and kept remodeling them and when cooled clipping off the excess. Now they are tolerable and no longer gag me.

They’re cheap so don’t expect fabulous quality but they’re ok for what you pay. They don’t mold super tight fitting and they’re bulky. Wearing both the top and bottom at the same time and your jaw may become sore. But if you don’t want to spend the hundreds you’re likely to at the dentist office for whitening trays, they’ll work ok.

If you put these in boiling water as the instructions say, even 10 seconds is too long. It shrinks like an adult size wool sweater into an infant size in no more than 12 seconds. Turned into sticky goo that I could not get off the brand new tongs I bought. Which makes me worry about how much of it dissolved into the water, and how much will just just absorbed into my body? It was hard to pull off the tongs, it turned into taffy. Even if all that wasn't a problem. There are far far too large for any treatments to be protected from being washed away from saliva. Any dental treatment needs to have dental trays that fit very closely to your teeth so that it did not get washed away and can actually work. So no. 0/10. These are worse than useless and I will be seeking a refund.

Worked Just Right.

Molding the trays was not hard. I followed the directions. Only issue was I seemed to have a reaction. Shortly after my throat became very scratchy. I kept trying to clear my throat.. I’ve taken a Benadryl and 3 hours later my throat just feels tight and very scratchy.

These worked perfectly! I put them in boiling water for about 10 seconds, until I could see they were very soft, then I put them on my teeth and they molded perfectly. It was so easy. I was quoted $600 from the dentist to get professional trays done and these are just as good as the professional ones, just much more affordable. They are surprisingly not uncomfortable to wear either. 10/10 would recommend!

You have to be realistic. This is a Chinese Manufacturing Company, selling worldwide cheap products!. Be sensible. Don't complain! . This product product is of reasonable quality. I won't complain. Don't Expect Too Much..it's cheap! I Follow printed instructions. Heat for 30 seconds..(.i did not cool in cold water)! Insert hot moldable, bite down firmly for 15 secs, then plunge in cold water- continue with either upper or lower moldable. For me it worked very well!
