How do you use part "B" the strong support webbing? Instructions are lacking.

Can this be used with a standard hoyer lift? Will the patient be able to get to the position shown, or does he hoyer lift not have enough lift?

Yes, HOWEVER, it will NOT bring patient to an UPRIGHT standing position; it will put patient in a slighly reclined position. If you want to achieve a true upright position, I highly recommend the Ehucon Comfort Padded Patient Lift Walking Sling.
