Such a basic design, but amazing results! AC Infinity comes through again.
I admit I was very skeptical about these bases when looking into them, and it took me a bit to finally try these out. I bought the 4 pack, and oh man, the results were shocking.I'm growing 7 plants in a grow tent using super soil, 4 with these auto-water bases, and 3 without. It's not even close, the ones with the auto water bases are doing so much better than the 3 I am watering manually. The leaves are so much bigger, and the plants are lush, and robust compared to the control 3. They are doing so much better in fact, that I bought another 4 pack of these to bolster the 3 control plants. My plants are so much happier with these, and the convenience is just a bonus. My tent, and it's systems are AC infinity as well, with humidity, and climate controlled by program. With these bases, I don't really need to do much except check in on them to see that they are doing well, and to water them when the bases are low. So much easier having everything automated. Takes all the work out of a grow.Highly recommend AC-Infinity products for their durability, reliability, and quality. They also stand by their products, any problems I've had with defects, or damaged items have always been met with a responsive team at AC Infinity to satisfy any issues I've had.

Works as advertised but not as hands free as you'd think.
Although they work as advertised and are of quality build without being heavy, I decided a drip system is easier.Few things to keep in mind, your nutrients need to be completely water soluble. It's recommended to remove the fabric pots between each water to keep roots from being bound. Your soil should hold more water content, coco noir based or of the like. It needs to be able to wick the water, some soils are better for it than others. Not many tie down grommets, and if you are training heavy the pot my collapse in on itself -- make sure you fill it pretty full to negate this. One last thing to note, the water level gauge can get stuck to the side, causing inaccurate readings. You may think you still have water left and its dry.If look and branding is important to you, definitely pick these up. I love everything I have by AC Infinity... Otherwise you can create your own drain pan using tupperware and a grate or something of the sort.Given those factors, I decided a gravity fed drip system was a better fit for me. I just find it easier to use 5 gal pots and maintain a single reservoir. Cleaning as needed.

Good set up for beginners.
beginning grow and these took me to a mew level, my not for others. explosive growth and they work, just clean tray out every couple day to keep PH, nutrients balanced and you golden. Happy growing.

Great Product Works As Intended
Great product, at first I didn't think they were working but about 36-48 hrs after filling the bases i could see they were soaking atleast the bottom half's of my fabric bases 3-5gallon bags. Then a little on top once the plants are all settled they just work. I love it. Didn't seem to really have a problem with over watering either which really surprised me. Overall great set very much worth the money. You maybe need to buy more rope eventually, im about there myself now but that's no big deal I guess. Water level floats are kinda janky and pointless, I just fill them up haha. You can also use normal pots with these you just need to cross the ropes through the inside of pot through the drain holes, if their big enough so their hanging down out of pot then fill with dirt, add plant, then put the ropes down into the base.

Love them!
I absolutely love these and have ordered them 3 times so far! They are well made and sturdy, and I love the water level indicator so I know when to add more. I use them slightly differently from how they are shown. I use regular pots rather than fabric, and I run the wick from the pot into the base. I use these for my huge plants that are prone to root rot such as my monsteras and fiddle leaf figs. My plants are loving them. The plants only take as much water as they need, so it completely takes the guess work out of watering. I only wish they made these in a smaller size for smaller plants.

Excellent results
Works great with fabric posts. Keeps the bottom of the pot moist if you keep water in the resevior. I used water and nutrients and had excellent results.

Definitely recommend if you grow small plants!
Off the drop high quality plastic and great build and design! Easy to use instructions and comes with enough string (shoe lace) to grow a couple times. The thick lace definitely holds and retains water great when bottom feeding i run four, five gallon fabric pots with this and definitely dont have a problem in my 4x4x8 tent. Compact size to fit 4 in a tent.Good vaule for the money to set and forget when root system becomes established. Perfect system for smaller more manageable plant size i grow tall and use all vertical space with a net, its hard to clean this system every 2 weeks when plants get taller, it is possible but definitely a pain, unfortunately if you let the water sit after the 2 weeks you get the mold which in return gives it to the fabric bag. Great for smaller plants in and put of flower with a root system but if growing trees definitely look in to a definitely water management system
