AMPSEVEN Tamis Sieve Flour Stainless Steel 40 Mesh Round Sifter for Baking 6 Inch

I had been looking for one that was a little bigger, but this 6 in size actually works fine for me. It sifts through 150-300 gm of freshly milled hard red winter wheat in just a few minutes. I don't need it often, but have found it to be useful for a few recipes. The rim is firm, and the mesh seems to be attached well. Overall it seems well made, not flimsy, and should last years for my limited use.

I use this for sifting whole grain flour for baking bread and it works well. My only complaint is that I wish it was larger, but unfortunately I couldn't find an 8-inch version by this brand. Other brands were not well reviewed.

This is exactly what I was looking for. The mesh size is perfect to sift my home milled wheat flour into a fine one for making rotis/chapathis. It's handy in size and cleans easily. Just tap the extra particles out with a dry kitchen towel and store it or just rinse once under water and let it air dry. Made my wheat flour less grainy for sure.

I like the heavier gauge steel that doesn’t flex and make me worry about damage in a drawer or if dropped.If I could modify it in any way I’d make the sides a bit taller, but they’re standard size and will be fine I’m sure.

Sifter arrived with the metal band already bended. The metal is weak so I was able to bend it back into an ok shape. Definitely of less good quality than I expected. However it does the job and sifts the flower from my Komo mill ok.
