The air pump that come with the package helps to inflate the pillow in 2 minutes. I just used this on my 8 hour flight. Works well.

Better for coach seats
Width is better for coach seats and not the extra legroom type of seats. At least that was true for Hawaiian Airlines. With that said, we were still able to use it but placed so that it formed a T with the seat. My 18 mos old was able to rest the lower half of his body on the footrest while sleeping.

Not airline approved. Brought it on the plane and had to take it down because it blocked the safety vests
