Would an extra large fit over the tip of a medium size fracture boot?

The boots are mostly made to fit over a regular sneaker that u wear everyday, so the fracture boot would be to big.

I am a woman and wear size 9 1/2 extra wide shoes what size should I order in these?

I am a man and wear size 9 1/2 extra wide. I got a XL, and it fits just about right.

Will this fit over an opened toe cast?

I don't think there is enough room to fit of a cast. It is made to go over a tennis type shoe
