They will not turn on. They do not work.
I thought that these were going to be pretty good earbuds, I read the reviews and it sounded like they would be good ones decent anyways. They arrive I charge them and they will not turn on

Product appears to be functioning as advertised, however in the carton it appeared to have been opened already. cord not secured optional bud sizes were not still in protective cardboard sleeve. Feels like i have purchased something refurbished?
